All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted. We use Square for invoicing and credit card processing, they have been a reliable and secure business partner.
FREE via USPS first class mail. If you need a date-certain arrival, please review the priority mail or priority mail express options.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
In-stock items ship in 1-2 days. Custom order shipping time will be confirmed at order time, but depending on the complexity, generally take 3-7 business days to ship. We will never leave you wondering how long it will take before your package ships - and when we do ship, we'll be tracking it like you do!
You have choices! First Class Mail International is the most cost effective, but if you need your item faster, or on a specific date, check out the Global Express Guaranteed or Priority Mail Express International flat rate. I am happy to work with you to ensure you get what you need on your timeline.
VAT, DUTY, CUSTOMS, FEES & TAXES
Any duty, VAT, customs fees, taxes or additional fees imposed by your country are your responsibility. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your country may impose fees before delivering a package. Any fees from your country are not included in the price, and are not the responsibility of Lori Magno Studio Designs.

LOST PACKAGES (INTERNATIONAL)
All international packages are insured. If you believe your package has been lost, a claim can be made 45 days after the date it was shipped. Before COVID, most first class international shipments took between 2 - 4 weeks. In the time of COVID, we cannot guarantee an arrival date unless the Express Mail rate (very $$$) is selected. Please allow time for your package to arrive. I will be tracking as closely as you. (Side note; only once in ten years, having shipped to more than 2 dozen countries, has an international package gone missing. Delayed – occasionally. Stuck at customs – more likely.)

Accidents happen, if you damage something, we will be happy to work with you on a repair.
The sterling silver neckchains we choose for our pendants have been road-tested for years as sturdy and reliable. If you break a chain we can offer a replacement at wholesale cost.
We wrap and ship carefully, but in rare case your handmade jewelry arrives damaged, we will replace the item with a like item.
We cannot refund or exchange custom items.
